DIY Bath Tea Bags

DIY Bath Tea Bags

Picture this: a tub full of warm water with the book you are currently reading sitting on the edge, soft music playing in the background, and candles creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Even better? Your bath water infused with your favourite tea blend or something you've crafted yourself.

These make an even better gift!

Here's what you need:

- 1 x T-sac tea filter

- 15cm ribbon or cotton string

 - tea or various herbals

To make a bath tea bag, fill a T-sac tea filter with desired tea blend or herbals. Tie the bag with some ribbon or cotton string in a knot or a bow.

In a partly filled bathtub, steep the bag for around 15 minutes before filling the tub the rest of the way.

Leave the bag in the tub as you soak to receive all of the benefits, occasionally squeezing the bag.

Please be aware of any allergies you may have to plants and look for signs of irritated skin. All ingredients should be added in equal parts.
