Darjeeling 1st Flush
Originating from the very unique tea growing area of Darjeeling, India this tea is light, delicate and has a flavour like no other. The area has a dinstinct tea growing season beginning in mid March and this tea is produced from the first flush of growth of the season. It is often referred to as the champagne of teas!
It produces a light coloured, thin bodied infusion with a hint of muscatell and a slight astringency.
