Collection: White Tea

Rich in antioxidants due to the minimal processing of the leaf, white tea is picked using only the top two youngest leaves and the bud. They are light green, almost white in colour and covered in a velvety fuzz. 

Brewing instructions: Steep a rounded teaspoon of leaves per cup in water "boiled" to 85C for around 2 minutes. Be careful not to over-steep to maintain a delicate flavour.
