Shipping + Returns

 SHIPPING 

Due to individual country's customs policies, we only ship within Australia. 

If an order is placed by 1pm AEST, we are able to pack and ship the same day. 

It is the responsibility of the receiver to make sure all address details are correct. Absolute Tea will not be responsible for lost parcels. For all orders that require redelivery due to incorrect information an additional delivery fee will be charged. 

If you have selected bank deposit as your method of transfer, your order will not be shipped until payment has been processed into our account. 

All orders over $80 receive free shipping which is automatically added at checkout. 

For all orders under $80, shipping is charged as a flat rate Australia wide.

 

AUSTRALIA 

There are two shipping options for Australian residents:

- Parcel Post ($10.00) - Takes 4 - 8 business days for postage depending on your location plus processing time. 

- Express Post ($17.00) - Takes 2 - 4 business days for postage depending on your location plus processing time. 

Tracking is included and you will receive a unique code in the email that is sent out after your item has been posted. Australia Post can take 1 - 2 days longer to deliver at peak times throughout the year. Please also consider public holidays.  

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

If you are a Townsville resident, you may select local delivery which is now a free service! By selecting local delivery, you are ensuring that there is a secure place that your parcel can be left (i.e. mail box, etc). Absolute Tea are not at fault or to blame for any loss or theft of parcels left under your instruction. 

Please use the comments box of the order page to include where you would like us to leave your delivery. Once your parcel has been delivered, you will be notified via text message. 

 *Please note we are no longer offering collection from Cute as a Cupcake. 

 

RETURNS 
Absolute Tea is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any product that you are unhappy with for any reason please contact us via email - absolutetea@hotmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
Please note: We do our best to provide informative descriptions for all of our teas but due to health regulations, we do not offer exchange or refund on our loose leaf teas. 
Refunds are offered on all faulty products. Simply contact us and we will provide a postage paid satchel for the faulty product to be returned. Once received, we will happily refund or organise a replacement item for you (whichever you choose), within 5 business days. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original purchase. 
Absolute Tea does not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases.
